In order to ensure that our clients are satisfied with the final product, we have developed a set of terms and conditions that we ask all of our clients to agree to prior to starting work on their project. .
These terms and conditions are designed to protect both our company and our clients, and we ask that all of our clients take the time to read and understand them before beginning work with us. By agreeing to our terms and conditions, our clients are agreeing to cooperate fully with us throughout the process.
Website-design.ae agrees to deliver the project to the client within the time frame agreed upon by both parties prior to the commencement of the project. The client has the right to request amendments to the design at any time in order to meet their requirements and specifications.
In order to proceed with the project, website-design.ae requires the client to provide us with certain information, which includes the project requirements and specifications from the client, as well as contact information in order to communicate with the client throughout the project. Additionally, we may also require additional information in order to proceed with the project and any related services.
Websit-design.ae will provide the client with an invoice containing the fees for the project that the client must pay before commencement of the project. The client agrees to pay the invoice in full within the time frame specified in the invoice. Furthermore, the client agrees to bear all bank and transaction fees associated with the payment.
Either party may elect to terminate the project at any time. However, website-design.ae reserves the right to retain any payment that has been made by the client prior to the termination of the project.
The client agrees to indemnify and hold website-design.ae harmless from any and all claims, damages, losses, costs and expenses incurred in connection with the project or the use of any other services.
Neither party is liable for failing to fulfill its obligations outlined in this agreement if the failure is due to factors outside of its control. Furthermore, this agreement may be amended or modified in any way without any prior notice.
By agreeing to our terms and conditions, clients are agreeing to cooperate with us throughout the entire project and to ensure that the final product meets the client’s specifications. We thank our clients for their understanding and patience, and we look forward to working with them to create a custom logo or website that meets their unique needs.
